Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Kwentahan App or listahan.net. By using Kwentahan App or listahan.net, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

By using Kwentahan, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Kwentahan is a business recordkeeping tool and is not intended for minors. If you are under 18, you may only use Kwentahan under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian who is the store owner or Admin and who has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Taglish versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

Basahin muna ang Terms & Conditions na ito bago gamitin ang Kwentahan App o listahan.net. Kapag ginamit mo ang Kwentahan App o listahan.net, ibig sabihin ay pumapayag ka sa Terms na ito. Kung hindi ka pumapayag, huwag gamitin ang app o website.

Sa paggamit ng Kwentahan, kumpirmahin mo na ikaw ay 18 taong gulang pataas. Ang Kwentahan ay isang business recordkeeping tool at hindi ito para sa mga menor de edad. Kung wala ka pang 18 taong gulang, maaari ka lamang gumamit ng Kwentahan sa ilalim ng direktang pangangasiwa ng magulang o guardian na siyang store owner o Admin at pumayag sa Terms na ito para sa iyo.

Kung may salungatan sa pagitan ng English at Taglish na bersyon ng Terms na ito, ang English na bersyon ang mananatiling may bisa.

About Kwentahan | Tungkol sa Kwentahan

Kwentahan App is a local-first recordkeeping app designed for sari-sari store owners and small storekeepers. Kwentahan helps users record utang, bayad, suki balances, mga binili, receipts, reminders, Reports, Backup, and Sync.

Kwentahan is a tool to help keep store records clear. It is not a bank, lending company, collection agency, accounting firm, legal adviser, tax adviser, or financial adviser.

Ang Kwentahan App ay local-first recordkeeping app para sa sari-sari store owners at maliit na tindahan. Tinutulungan ng Kwentahan ang mga users na mag-record ng utang, bayad, balanse ng suki, mga binili, resibo, paalala, Reports, Backup, at Sync.

Ang Kwentahan ay tool para maging mas malinaw ang records ng tindahan. Hindi ito bangko, lending company, collection agency, accounting firm, legal adviser, tax adviser, o financial adviser.

Ownership of the App and Your Data | Pagmamay-ari ng App at ng Data Mo

Colors of Life Productions owns the Kwentahan App, listahan.net, branding, design, website content, app content, logos, code, and related materials.

✔ You own your store data.

We do not claim ownership over your suki names, customer contact details, transaction records, suki balances, receipts, Reports, Price List items, or store ledger. Because Kwentahan is local-first, your store data is stored on your device and, if you choose to enable it, your own Google Drive. You are the main custodian of your information.

Pagmamay-ari ng Colors of Life Productions ang Kwentahan App, listahan.net, branding, design, website content, app content, logo, code, at related materials.

User Responsibility | Responsibilidad ng User

You are responsible for the information you enter into Kwentahan, including suki names, phone numbers, utang records, bayad records, item details, notes, payment reminders, receipts, Reports, and exported files.

Kwentahan helps organize your records, but it depends on the accuracy of the information you enter. You are responsible for checking that amounts, dates, balances, reminders, receipts, and Reports are correct.

Ikaw ang responsible sa information na nilalagay mo sa Kwentahan, kasama ang pangalan ng suki, phone numbers, utang records, bayad records, item details, notes, payment reminders, resibo, Reports, at exported files.

Tinutulungan ka ng Kwentahan na ayusin ang records mo, pero nakadepende pa rin ito sa tamang information na nilalagay mo. Ikaw ang responsible na i-check kung tama ang amounts, dates, balances, reminders, receipts, at Reports.

No Financial, Legal, Tax, or Accounting Advice | Hindi Ito Financial, Legal, Tax, o Accounting Advice

Kwentahan is a recordkeeping tool. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, lending, or collection advice. Any summaries, balances, reminders, Reports, receipts, or exports generated by the app are based on the data you entered.

Consult a qualified professional if you need legal, tax, accounting, financial, or business advice.

Ang Kwentahan ay recordkeeping tool. Hindi ito nagbibigay ng financial, legal, tax, accounting, lending, o collection advice. Ang summaries, balances, reminders, Reports, resibo, o exports na ginagawa ng app ay base sa data na ikaw ang naglagay.

Local-First Data and Google Drive | Local-First Data at Google Drive

Kwentahan is designed as a local-first app. Store records are saved on your phone first. If you choose to connect Google Drive, Kwentahan may use your own Google Drive account for Backup, Restore, or Sync features.

Google Drive features may depend on: internet connection, Google account access, Google Drive availability, Google permissions granted by you, available storage, app version compatibility, and device compatibility.

Kwentahan does not guarantee that Google Drive Backup, Restore, or Sync will always be available, instant, or error-free. You are responsible for checking that important records are backed up, synced, exported, or otherwise saved.

Ang Kwentahan ay local-first app. Ibig sabihin, ang store records ay naka-save muna sa phone mo. Kung pinili mong i-connect ang Google Drive, maaaring gamitin ng Kwentahan ang sarili mong Google Drive account para sa Backup, Restore, o Sync.

Ang Google Drive features ay maaaring nakadepende sa: internet connection, Google account access, Google Drive availability, Google permissions na binigay mo, available storage, app version compatibility, at device compatibility.

Hindi ginagarantiya ng Kwentahan na ang Google Drive Backup, Restore, o Sync ay palaging available, instant, o walang error. Ikaw ang responsible na i-check kung ang important records mo ay backed up, synced, exported, o naka-save sa ligtas na paraan.

Backup, Sync, and Data Loss | Backup, Sync, at Posibleng Data Loss

Kwentahan may provide Backup and Sync features to help protect your records. However, data loss may still happen, including from:

Make sure your records are backed up, synced, exported, or otherwise saved. Kwentahan and Colors of Life Productions are not responsible for data loss caused by failure to back up, sync, export, or preserve your own data.

Maaaring magbigay ang Kwentahan ng Backup at Sync features para makatulong protektahan ang records mo. Pero posible pa rin ang data loss, tulad ng dahil sa: nasira o nawala ang phone, na-uninstall ang app, na-clear ang app data, nakalimutan ang PIN, nabigong Backup o Sync, problema sa Google account, problema sa internet, user error, software bugs, problema sa device storage, o pagbenta/pamimigay/pag-reset ng phone nang hindi muna nagba-backup.

PIN and Access | PIN at Access

Kwentahan may use a PIN to help protect access to app records. You are responsible for remembering your PIN and keeping it safe.

Because Kwentahan is local-first, Colors of Life Productions may not be able to recover or reset your PIN for you. If you forget your PIN and do not have an available recovery option or valid Google Drive backup, you may lose access to local data stored on that phone.

Maaaring gumamit ang Kwentahan ng PIN para makatulong protektahan ang app records. Ikaw ang responsible sa pag-alala at pag-iingat ng PIN mo.

Dahil local-first ang Kwentahan, maaaring hindi ma-recover o ma-reset ng Colors of Life Productions ang PIN mo para sa iyo. Kung makalimutan mo ang PIN at wala kang recovery option o valid Google Drive backup, maaaring mawala ang access mo sa local data na nasa phone.

Data Deletion: Burahin ang Kwentahan Data | Data Deletion: Delete Kwentahan Data

Kwentahan provides an Admin-only feature to wipe local Kwentahan data from a device. This feature may be labeled Burahin ang Kwentahan Data or Delete Kwentahan Data.

This feature is designed for situations such as: selling an old phone, giving a phone to another person, removing test data, starting over, or removing a phone from store use.

You acknowledge that this action is permanent for local records on that phone.

May Admin-only feature ang Kwentahan para burahin ang local Kwentahan data sa isang device. Maaaring ang label nito ay Burahin ang Kwentahan Data o Delete Kwentahan Data.

Exported Reports and Shared Files | Exported Reports at Shared Files

Kwentahan may allow you to export Reports, receipts, or transaction records in formats such as CSV, Excel, or PDF. Exported files may contain sensitive store information, including suki names, balances, transaction history, payment history, item details, and notes.

Once you export, download, print, send, or share a file, you are responsible for protecting it. Kwentahan is not responsible for how exported files are used, stored, forwarded, printed, or shared after they leave the app.

Maaaring payagan ng Kwentahan ang users na mag-export ng Reports, resibo, o transaction records sa formats tulad ng CSV, Excel, o PDF. Ang exported files ay maaaring may sensitive store information tulad ng suki names, balances, transaction history, payment history, item details, at notes.

Reminders and Messages | Paalala at Mga Mensahe

Kwentahan may help generate payment reminders or receipt messages. You are responsible for reviewing any message before sending it. Kwentahan does not guarantee that reminder messages will result in payment.

Kwentahan is not a collection agency and does not collect debts on your behalf. You are responsible for communicating with sukis respectfully and lawfully.

Maaaring tumulong ang Kwentahan gumawa ng payment reminders o receipt messages. Ikaw ang responsible na i-review ang message bago ito ipadala. Hindi ginagarantiya ng Kwentahan na magbabayad ang suki dahil sa reminder message.

Hindi collection agency ang Kwentahan at hindi ito naniningil ng utang para sa iyo. Ikaw ang responsible na makipag-usap sa mga suki nang maayos, magalang, at ayon sa batas.

Admin and Bantay sa Tindahan | Admin at Bantay sa Tindahan

Kwentahan supports two user roles on a single store account:

Colors of Life Productions is not responsible for unauthorized access, errors, or data loss resulting from how you manage Bantay sa Tindahan accounts on your device.

Dalawang user role ang sinusuportahan ng Kwentahan sa iisang store account:

Admin — ang may-ari o pinagkakatiwalaang manager ng tindahan na may buong access. Maaaring magkaroon ng higit sa isang Admin sa iisang store account. Ang mga Admin lang ang maaaring mag-access ng store settings, mag-manage ng Bantay sa Tindahan accounts, mag-configure ng backup at sync, magbago ng security PIN, at mag-delete ng store data.

Bantay sa Tindahan — isang taong idinagdag ng Admin para tumulong sa tindahan. Maaaring mag-record ng transaksyon, makita ang records ng mga suki, at magpadala ng paalala ang Bantay, pero hindi maa-access ang mga admin features o makaka-delete ng store data.

Responsibilidad ng Admin. Ang bawat Admin ay magkasamang responsable sa: pagpapasya kung kanino mo ibibigay ang Bantay access; pag-set at pag-iingat ng bawat Bantay PIN; pag-revoke ng Bantay access kapag hindi na dapat may access ang isang tao; at lahat ng aksyon ng Bantay users sa iyong store account.

Hindi responsable ang Colors of Life Productions sa unauthorized access, errors, o data loss na resulta ng pag-manage mo ng Bantay sa Tindahan accounts sa iyong device.

Acceptable Use | Tamang Paggamit

You agree not to use Kwentahan or listahan.net to:

Pumapayag ka na hindi gamitin ang Kwentahan o listahan.net para: lumabag sa batas o regulasyon; manakot, manghiya, mang-harass, o mang-abuso ng customers; magpadala ng misleading, fraudulent, o unlawful messages; mag-upload ng malware o harmful files; sirain, i-reverse engineer, o abusuhin ang app; mag-access ng data na hindi sa iyo; o mang-abala sa app, website, Google Drive, o ibang services.

App Availability and Changes | App Availability at Pagbabago

Kwentahan may change over time. We may add, remove, modify, pause, or discontinue features, including Backup, Sync, Reports, ads, exports, reminders, or multi-device features. We may update the app or website to improve security, usability, compatibility, or compliance.

We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device, Android version, Google account, or region.

If Kwentahan is discontinued entirely, your local store data will remain on your device and any Google Drive backup files will remain in your own Google Drive account. We will provide reasonable advance notice where possible.

Maaaring magbago ang Kwentahan sa paglipas ng panahon. Maaari kaming magdagdag, magtanggal, magbago, mag-pause, o mag-discontinue ng features tulad ng Backup, Sync, Reports, ads, exports, reminders, o multi-device features. Ads, Free Use, and Future Paid Features | Ads, Free Use, at Future Paid Features

Kwentahan may be offered for free and may include ads. If ads are used, they should be clearly separated from app content and should not intentionally interfere with recordkeeping actions.

Kwentahan may later offer paid features, premium features, subscriptions, or ad-free options. If that happens, additional terms may apply.

Third-Party Services | Mga Third-Party Services

Kwentahan may use third-party services, such as Google Drive, Google Sign-In, Google Play services, Android system services, messaging or sharing apps chosen by you, and ad services. Your use of third-party services is also subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies.

Kwentahan is not responsible for outages, changes, errors, data handling, account problems, or service limitations caused by third-party services.

If you downloaded Kwentahan through Google Play, your download and use of the app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

Maaaring gumamit ang Kwentahan ng third-party services tulad ng Google Drive, Google Sign-In, Google Play services, Android system services, messaging o sharing apps na pinili mo, at ad services. Philippines — Data Privacy Act of 2012

For users in the Philippines, privacy rights may be governed by the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and related rules. Colors of Life Productions, as Personal Information Controller, is committed to honoring your rights under this law. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Colors of Life Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Kwentahan App or listahan.net. This includes, but is not limited to:

User Feedback | Feedback ng User

If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, screenshots, or feedback to Colors of Life Productions, you allow us to use that feedback to improve Kwentahan without obligation to compensate you. Do not send real customer data in feedback unless necessary.

Kung magpadala ka ng ideas, suggestions, bug reports, screenshots, o feedback sa Colors of Life Productions, pinapayagan mo kaming gamitin iyon para mapabuti ang Kwentahan nang walang obligasyon na bayaran ka. Huwag magpadala ng tunay na customer data sa feedback maliban kung kailangan.

Governing Law, Severability, and Entire Agreement | Governing Law, Severability, at Entire Agreement

Governing Law | Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of Kwentahan App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights you may have under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, California consumer protection law, or the laws of your country of residence.

Severability | Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Kwentahan Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Colors of Life Productions regarding your use of Kwentahan App and listahan.net, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings on that subject.
