This page explains how to delete your Kwentahan data from your phone, Google Drive, and anywhere else it may have been saved. Because Kwentahan is a local-first app, your data lives on your own device — not on our servers.

Delete from Inside the App Burahin mula sa loob ng Kwentahan App
The fastest way to remove your Kwentahan data is through the app's Admin settings. This removes all local store records, sukis, transactions, and settings from your phone.
Ang pinaka-mabilis na paraan ay sa pamamagitan ng Admin settings ng app. Aalisin nito ang lahat ng local store records, sukis, transactions, at settings mula sa phone mo.
- Open the Kwentahan App and log in with your Admin PIN.
Buksan ang Kwentahan App at mag-login gamit ang Admin PIN. - Go to Settings or open the side Drawer.
Pumunta sa Settings o buksan ang side Drawer. - Tap Admin or Privacy & Data.
I-tap ang Admin o Privacy & Data. - Select Delete Kwentahan Data and confirm.
Piliin ang Burahin ang Kwentahan Data at kumpirmahin.
After deletion, the app will return to the first-launch setup screen.
Pagkatapos burahin, babalik ang app sa first-launch setup screen.
This permanently removes data that was saved only on this phone and has not been backed up or synced. Mag-backup muna bago mag-delete kung gusto mong may kopya pa.
Delete via Android Device Settings Burahin gamit ang Android Settings ng phone
You can also clear all local Kwentahan data directly through your Android device's app settings — no need to open the Kwentahan app.
Maaari ka ring mag-clear ng lahat ng local Kwentahan data sa pamamagitan ng Android settings ng phone mo — hindi na kailangan pang buksan ang Kwentahan app.
- Go to your phone's Settings.
Pumunta sa Settings ng phone mo. - Tap Apps (or Application Manager).
I-tap ang Apps o Application Manager. - Find and tap Kwentahan.
Hanapin at i-tap ang Kwentahan. - Tap Storage, then tap Clear Data.
I-tap ang Storage, tapos i-tap ang Clear Data.
Alternatively, uninstalling the app will also remove local data.
Bilang alternatibo, ang pag-uninstall ng app ay mag-aalis din ng local data.
Delete Google Drive Backup & Sync Files Burahin ang Google Drive Backup at Sync files
Deleting data from your phone does not automatically delete Kwentahan backup or sync files stored in your Google Drive. This is intentional — you may want to restore to a new phone. If you also want to remove those files, follow the steps below.
Ang pag-delete ng data sa phone ay hindi automatic na nagde-delete ng Kwentahan backup at sync files sa Google Drive mo. Kung gusto mo ring burahin ang mga file na iyon, sundin ang mga hakbang sa ibaba.
Option A — Delete via Google Drive App
- Open the Google Drive app or visit drive.google.com.
- Search for files named with "Kwentahan" or look in My Drive for any Kwentahan backup folders.
- Select the files or folder, then tap or click Remove or Move to Trash.
- Empty the Google Drive Trash to permanently delete.
Option B — Revoke Kwentahan's Google Drive Access
- Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Find Kwentahan in the list of connected apps.
- Click Remove Access. This disconnects Kwentahan from your Google Drive.
Tandaan: Ang ibang Kwentahan files ay maaaring nasa hidden appDataFolder ng Google Drive, na hindi makikita sa normal na Google Drive browsing. Ang pag-revoke ng access sa Kwentahan ay pipigilan ang future access sa mga file na iyon.
Delete Exported Files & Sent Messages Burahin ang exported files at na-send na mensahe
Deleting data from the Kwentahan app does not delete files or messages that were already exported, shared, printed, or sent to another app. You are responsible for managing those separately.

- CSV / Excel / PDF reports — Delete from your phone's Downloads folder or the app you used to save them.
- Receipts shared via Messenger / Viber / SMS — Delete from those messaging apps directly.
- Screenshots or printed copies — Delete from your Gallery app or shred physical copies.
- Shared Google Drive folders — Remove shared access through Google Drive settings.
CSV / Excel / PDF reports — Burahin sa Downloads folder ng phone o sa app na ginamit mo para i-save.
Mga mensahe sa Messenger / Viber / SMS — Burahin sa mga messaging apps na iyon.
